This feature is part of our ongoing commitment to deliver exceptional member experiences while leveraging member feedback to drive meaningful operational improvements. Most importantly, this update reflects our goal to remain fully transparent with our clients, providing your team with clear insight as to how our programs and platforms are performing.
Retina Labs surveys all members following their in-home preventive screening encounters to capture timely feedback and measure their overall care delivery experience with our field technologists. This update provides more powerful reporting capabilities and an easier way to monitor key metrics like your Member Satisfaction Index and Net Promoter Score (NPS) directly within ComplyHub.

Retina Labs previously partnered with an external vendor to manage our member survey experience, during which time those member survey reports were sent out periodically to our client partners.
As of July, Retina Labs has brought this process fully in-house - from survey data collection to reporting - providing your team with real-time access to individual member feedback and aggregate-level metrics, all of which is now readily available on-demand directly within ComplyHub.
